Attorneys-at-law

France

In 2021, the LLR group took a new step in its development with the creation of LLR LegaL SPE, whose main activity is the joint practice of the professions of lawyer and patent and trademark attorney.

LLR LegaL SPE strengthens the contractual expertise of our group, which now benefits from the inter-professional nature of a single structure, reflecting our desire to practice several aspects of the field of industrial property.

This company is chaired by Laurence LEBRUN, lawyer at the Paris Bar, who joined the LLR group in 2017 within the contracts department, after having worked as a company lawyer specialising in contracts and intellectual property within international groups in the telecoms, IT and industrial sectors.

LLR’s attorney-at-law expertise is also enhanced by close collaboration with the law firm of Céline Thirapounnho, who is also a member of the Paris Bar.

Her activity was dedicated to intellectual property, including in particular trademark law, design rights, copyright and unfair competition law. Céline worked in both consulting (drafting and contract negotiations, IP support for M & A transactions, consultations) and in litigation (counterfeiting cases, settlement negotiation) for companies in luxury, retail and consumer goods; for the media, entertainment and technology sector.

Since 2018, Céline Thirapounnho has joined our team of intellectual property attorneys in Paris.

China

We also provide a legal practice in China thanks to our close partnership with Easytimes IP in Beijing, a law firm dedicated to industrial property and with solid experience in managing litigation in China.

Easytimes IP was founded and is run by Daochen LIU, who has over 20 years’ professional experience as an IP Litigator.

He has achieved remarkable results in IP litigation, particularly in the field of patents. Mr Liu has handled numerous high-profile cases, including model cases decided by the Supreme Court of China.
