After several years of experience in the energy industry, most notably within an international oil and gas group where he held various technical positions in France and abroad, Alexis DEVAUX shifted his focus to industrial property in 2021. He joined LLR in 2025.
A graduate of the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne in Industrial Engineering and holder of the CEIPI University Diploma in Patent Law, he now supports companies of all sizes and sectors in protecting and enhancing their innovations.
His work mainly involves drafting and filing patent applications, managing prosecution procedures in France and abroad, and conducting freedom-to-operate analyses.
His technical fields of choice include mechanics, energy, and industrial processes. He has particular expertise in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, turbocompressors, turbogenerators, and internal combustion engines; and he also has expertise in electromechanical systems comparable to those used in certain cooking equipment.
