Laurence Lebrun worked as corporate lawyer specialized in contracts and intellectual property in international groups in the telecom, IT and industrial sectors before joining our team in March 2017.
She works in the contract department for SMEs or international groups characterized by strong technological activity and culture.
She provides consultancy services, drafts, negotiates and monitors contracts, in English and French, at every stage of development and commercialization of technologies (confidentiality agreements, R&D contracts, technology transfers, patent co-ownership agreements, patent licences, IT service contracts and software licences). She is also involved in the field of copyright for consultations or patent right assignment contracts.
In addition, she provides consultancy services for contracts relating to intellectual property at every stage in the life of companies, whether startups or international groups (audits, transfers of intellectual property rights related to merger and acquisition transactions, joint venture agreements).
