Before joining LLR as a Counsel Engineer in 2013, Georges Reynaud worked for more than 30 years at Michelin, operating across a number of technical and industrial activities both in France and abroad.
He was responsible for the management of a patent portfolio at Michelin for more than 10 years, developing strong expertise in patent and know-how licensing agreements.
Based in Aix-en-Provence, Georges Reynaud heads the LLR Aix-Marseille subsidiary.
Benefiting from extensive industrial and technical expertise, he helps organizations identify invention with patent necessities and advise them on innovation protection strategies. Georges Reynaud is also involved in acquisition procedures both in France and abroad, as well as validity and « freedom of use» studies for on-going developments.
He advises partners on strategy, negotiation and drafting of cooperation agreements with intellectual property issues.
He operates across a variety of technical areas such as mechanics, pneumatics, manufacturing process and digital imaging.
